Any cancer diagnosis is a life changing event for families, perhaps none more so than ETMR due to its rarity and poor prognosis.  ETMR Aid was launched in 2023 with the primary goal of providing support to the families of children diagnosed with this awful disease. 

The charity has 3 main functions:

• Providing emotional support for families; somebody to talk to if and when desired, we hope to offer this internationally.

• Financial support for UK families.  We aim to raise funds to be granted to families in the UK affected by ETMR, to negate some of the financial hardships such a diagnosis can cause.

• Funding towards research into Embryonal Tumours in the hope that improved treatment protocols and outcomes may eventually be achieved.
